1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product has not been sterilized, used, or altered.
• The item was received in a damaged or defective condition (must be reported within 2 days of delivery with photographic evidence).
• Incorrect items were shipped due to our error.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or sterilized instruments.
• Customized or engraved products.
• Consumables such as burs, blades, and syringes.
• Clearance or final sale items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization (RA) number if eligible.
• Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with the order number clearly mentioned.
• Shipping: Ship the product to our return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

4. Refund & Replacement

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process:

• Replacement: If applicable, a new product will be shipped.
• Refund: A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days (minus any applicable restocking fee, if mentioned).

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
